Stacey Neal, Community Developer                                   

Stacey Neal is the Community Developer for the Hammond Industrial Development Board (HIDB). She has been with the board for a total of five years and also serves the Hammond Area Economic & Industrial Development District (HAEIDD).  She grew up in Tangipahoa Parish and graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1991 with a BA in Marketing.  Over the years, she has worked for several manufacturing companies and spent some time in the insurance industry.  Stacey is currently working on certification thru the Community Development Institute. She is an active member of the Hammond Chamber of Commerce, a current board member of the Southeastern Louisiana University Alumni Board, a member of the I-12 Alliance for Economic Development, a member of the Northshore Technical College (NTC) Advisory Board, a member of Louisiana Industrial Development Executives Association (LIDEA), a graduate and current board member of Leadership Tangipahoa, and serves on the Finance Committee for Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church. 

Stacey’s husband, Michael, is also a graduate of SLU and currently works for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. They have two daughters: Jordyn and Laken, who both attend Holy Ghost Catholic School and are avid gymnasts.
